Your role:
In this central role, you will own and enhance key Talent Management processes, including Performance Management (PMP), succession planning, and talent review cycles. You will work closely with HRBPs and regional HR teams to ensure consistent implementation, strong governance, and meaningful outcomes across all entities.
This role is ideal for someone who combines process thinking, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making, and who enjoys driving HR cycles in a complex, international environment.
What will you do:
- Own, design, and continuously improve core Talent Management processes (e.g. PMP, succession planning, talent reviews)
- Lead and coordinate key annual and cyclical TM activities across the region
- Drive consistency, governance, and quality of TM practices across YEMEA entities
- Partner with HRBPs and HR Operations to ensure effective implementation and follow-up
- Monitor and analyze TM data (e.g. performance outcomes, succession pipelines) to support decision making
- Support the digitalization and optimization of TM tools (e.g. OneHR)
- Develop guidelines, toolkits, and communication to enable HR and business stakeholders
- Contribute to building a strong and consistent performance and talent culture
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or HR processes
- Hands-on experience with PMP cycles, talent reviews, and/or succession planning
- Strong process orientation and ability to manage recurring HR cycles
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Solid stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Experience with HR systems and digital tools is a plus
