To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Specialist - Labor Relations & HR Administration in our plant in [[location]].

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR administration and accurate maintenance of HR and payroll data
  • Employment contracts, internal HR documentation, and local legal compliance
  • Cooperation with payroll, tax, and legal partners
  • Working in topics related to Data protection, compliance, audits, sensitive documentation, and expatriate/inpatriate support
  • HR system maintenance and execution of HR processes through HR systems
  • Work with HR data, reporting, and metrics in line with internal standards

 

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, related economic/law social sciences is an advantage
  • +1 years of relevant HR experience in similar area
  • Previous work experience in internation work environment is an advantage  
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools and systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, including HR data management, reporting, and system-based process execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken
