We are looking for an HR Employee Engagement & Communication Specialist to strengthen internal communication, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance employee experience across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees feel informed, connected, and engaged with our mission, values, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with regional calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications
- Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) – regular basis and upon request/ special projects
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support communication, culture initiatives, employee development and internal mobility programs
- Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame
- Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones
- Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- +2 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or HR communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong storytelling and content creation abilities
- Experience with engagement surveys and communication metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and contribute across multiple HR domains, supporting both operational and development-oriented activities
