To strengthen our Corporate Communications team, we are looking for a Digital Sr. Communications Specialist.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage Yazaki EMEA's corporate social media channels, including content planning, publishing and performance monitoring
  • Create engaging digital content for internal and external communication channels
  • Produce and edit short videos, graphics and other digital communication assets
  • Maintain and update content within the corporate website Content Management System (CMS)
  • Create and maintain SharePoint communication pages and support Microsoft Teams communication spaces
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, productivity and communication workflows
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend digital communication tools and technologies that improve team performance and communication effectiveness
  • Pilot new communication technologies and support their adoption within the Corporate Communications team
  • Monitor digital communication trends and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support governance and consistency across Yazaki EMEA's digital communication channels

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in same/similar roles (Digital Communications, Social Media Management, Corporate Communications etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels
  • Experience working with website Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience creating digital communication assets, including videos and visual content
  • Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve communication content and productivity
  • Innovative and technology-aware, with strong analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset
  • A condition for further progress in the recruitment process will be the successful resolution of Business Case
