Duties & Responsibilities
- Automatic crimping machine handling
- Bench top crimping machine handling
- Crimp applicator validation
- Crimp dimensional measurement
- Crimp visual examination
- Crimp cross section measurement
- Headroom testing
- Hydraulic crimping machine handling
- Crimp press calibration
- Ultra Sonic Welding machine handling
- Crimp force testing
- Crimp resistance measurement
- Slow Motion test setup preparation
- Related equipment maintenance according to the maintenance list
- Terminal and wire stock handling
Job requirements:
- Technical High school degree
- Work experience in the field of wire harness production (1 year minimum)
- MS Windows applications and related Office Software
- Team oriented, communication skills, self-motivated hands-on mentality
- Basic proficiency in English language in reading and writing is mandatory
