Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design of electrodes and devices needed for production.
- Creating CAM programs (milling, wire erosion, sink erosion) needed for manufacturing of positions.
- Calibration and measurement of tools, devices and electrodes needed for machining.
- Performing dimensional measurement of electrodes and finished positions, according tech. documentation.
- Working on milling, wire and sink erosion and grinding machines.
- Creating CAM programs needed for manufacturing of positions.
- Manufacturing of positions according to the production technology.
- Order of tools, material, equipment and services needed for manufacturing.
- Servicing and cleaning of the machines on daily basis and according to service intervals.
- Working on machines for conventional machining and other manual work.
Requirements:
- Min. Technical High school degree, prefferably Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineerin
- min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software NX Simens
- Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Understand injection molding technology
- Business proficiency in English language in reading and writing is mandatory
- Team oriented, communication skills, self-motivated hands-on mentality
