To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist, Logistics in our plant in [[location]].

Your role:
∙ Performs Import / export activities.
∙ Coordinates the process with supplier and customs.
∙ Prepares and verifies all documentation related to import / export.
∙ Optimizes transport, customs and other related costs. Verifies the invoices.
∙ Follow procedures according to all legal regulations related to import / export.
∙ Evaluate offers and coordinates agreements.
∙ Negotiates transport insurance for special goods.
∙ Reports all costs.
∙ Coordinates all goods during transportation.
∙ Prepares all necessary information and documentation related to export of finished goods.
∙ Review and controls all the information of the customs declarations.
∙ Report to the manager of the department on a daily basis.

Our requirements:
University graduate - Master/ Bachelor’s degree
Excellent knowledge of English language /written and spoken/
Proficiency in using MS Windows and MS Office
Previous experience is an advantage
Knowledge and experience in SAP
Very good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
