• Approves customer orders.
• Supervises overtime lines and gives approval.
• Supervises and gives approval for value and quantities of approved, completed production.
• Production Planning.
• Manages expedites.
• Ensures capacity and occupancy plan is met as per customer requirements and production processes.
• Ensures implementation of forwarding/production planning as per customer requirements.
• Establishes final control targets for completed production.
• Ensures use of internal commodities and performs price change operations.
• Strives to reduce transportation costs.
• Plans transition for the year and completion of projects and reduces the level of old stock.
• Manages, modifies, makes price estimates and analyzes completed approved packaging standards.
• Follows laws and instructions related to the department.
• Ensure customer satisfaction as per orders.
• Controls and approves selling prices and stock levels.
• Supervises and gives approval to production line plans.
• Plans production to meet customer needs on time, at minimum cost and with optimum number of workers.
• Prepares occupancy plan, manages shipping and warehouse.
