Main responsibilities:

'Production plan orders and supplier transactions.          
 Controls and monitors orders and deliveries:
Confirms orders and estimates to supplier
Selects method of transportation /air, land, water/,
 Sends orders to supplier.
Optimizes supplier lead times and minimum quantities.         

Provides samples upon request.

Monitors on a daily basis for critical materials.

Finds alternatives to sell obsolete materials.    
Finds alternative sources of supply for critical materials.
Arranges replacement of defective and obsolete materials.
Improves and ensures material recycling and cost reduction.
Tracks defective materials and ensures timely delivery.
Complies with department related policies and instructions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Scheduling of material inventory.
Follows the verification of information of material models.

 

 Requisrements:
- University degree - Master/Bachelor degree in Logistics/Economics,
- Good command of English /both written and spoken/
- Computer skills in MS Office Applications – especially in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Very good time management
- Ability to act appropriately in emergency situations and work under stress
- Flexible
- Previous experience – desirable
