To strengthen our team, we are looking for a C&P Specialist L2 in our plant in [[location]].

Main responsibilities:

Calculate transfer prices from the plant to the CSC.        
Gather and apply all necessary data for accurate cost calculations.        
Analyze internal and customer-provided drawings to support costing activities.          
Upload transfer prices into SAP for delivery and invoicing processes.        
Compute standard costs in SAP for all factory materials (DM, SFG, FG) and ensure proper valuation of stock.        
Review SAP Margin Analysis reports to identify negative margins and perform root cause analysis.        
Verify SAP BOM accuracy against GCT and coordinate corrective actions when discrepancies arise.        
 Distribute GUM time data to Industrial Engineering (IE), Controlling, Production, and BU C&P teams        
Verify that Plant IE applies consistent conditions for reporting, aligned with production standards.        
Manage GPDB and SAP info records, including component pricing, and validate factory invoice details.        
Escalate discrepancies and ensure alignment between local price contracts in GPDB and factory purchase information.        
Coordinate and follow up with the Supply Management team.        
Execute cost calculation activities in line with C&P project coordinator instructions and CSC requirements.        
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.        
Collaborate effectively with CF, BU, and plant teams across Controlling, Finance, Logistics, IE, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Supply Management.        
Maintain standardized work processes and ensure capability to support and cover team members’ activities when needed.        
Resolve issues related to business processes, cross-functional requirements, and collaboration between partners.        
Provide informal guidance and support to new team members.               

Candidate requirements:

• University degree - preferably in Finance
• Proficiency in English - "B1" - written and spoken
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
• Ability to work in team;
• Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
• Communication skills;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• Initiative and customer orientation;
•Skills for planning and organizing the work process.
