Job description:
o Fill and monitor the LQC process audit
o Analysis of internal defects by completing the daily internal defects tracking QRQC,
o Control of poka-yoke o Management of non-conformities according to the procedure
o Rework management
o 4'M Change Management
o Control of the respect of the 5'S rules
o Verification of the application of actions taken from: customer complaint, QRM, internal audits ...
o Daily Shift Start Meeting
o Follow-up and training of new operators
o Evaluation of inspectors (poison cake)
Validation of Product and process with in 6 Quality methods
Validation on beginning shift in all procesess
Measuring W/H 100%
Support To Product validation team during validation process
o Ensure compliance with procedures (internal and external), guide-line, customer requirements and hygiene and safety rules
Job requirements:
Minimal level of education: Secondary school completed
Professional experience in Yazaki: Minimum 6 months
