What will your job be about?

Coordinate domestic and international travel processes through company systems and ensure smooth end-to-end follow-up

Guide employees on hotel and flight request procedures and support correct system usage

Coordinate travel health insurance, hotel reservations, and flight ticket arrangements with authorized agencies

Support touristic visa requests by preparing employment letters, company documents, and managing payroll signature processes

Coordinate visitor planning for international guests, including hotel, transfer, and meal arrangements

Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming and directing visitors

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure a professional front desk environment

Track company-wide and R&D attendance (puantaj) records and follow up on missing or incorrect entries

Prepare basic reports related to travel, visitors, and attendance tracking

Provide operational and administrative coordination support when required
What will you bring with you?

Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments (Business Administration, International Relations, or similar)

Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination, administrative support, or similar operational roles

Good command of English, both written and spoken
-
Experience in working with systems and agency-based processes

Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
-
Ability to manage multiple requests in a structured and timely manner

Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
