To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Transport/ Customs Specialist L1 in our plant in Ukraine. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Entering component data into the system after customs clearance;
  • Tracking and entering customs duty rates for each type of goods and components;
  • Accounting and control of customs declarations, including:
    • opening dates,
    • validity periods,
    • step-by-step utilization;
  • Preparing reports on the inward processing of goods within the customs territory of Ukraine;
  • Monitoring deadlines for temporary import of returnable packaging into the customs territory of Ukraine;
  • Preparing export documents (invoices) and submitting them to customs brokers;
  • Following current customs legislation requirements and supporting preparation for customs authorizations and simplifications.

 

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of import/export and customs processes;
  • Experience with customs documentation or readiness to learn;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and documents;
  • Basic skills in MS Excel;
  • Ability to communicate with customs brokers and internal teams;
  • Willingness to monitor changes in customs legislation;
