What will your job be about?

 

  • Control Dual use, military application, EU correlation list Tar. code, denied parties, denied countries, US embargo’s
  • Ensure compliance of Logistics processes with internal and external rules 
  • Leading official customs audits and investigations and export controls for responsibilty countries
  • Manage and monitor activities of customs brokers and other trade related service providers by regular audits and report its results for responsibilty counties
  • To follow the regulations within the scope of international sanctions
  • Preparation of Suspicious Activity Report Escalating unusual BU activities which might relate to money laundering or terrorist financing and sanction
  • Support in the evaluation of the impacts of newly issued regulations on new and/or existing products, services, and processes
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure that the company stays compliant with the latest laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance to business units on compliance matters and ensure that all business activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure that the company has adequate systems and processes in place to detect and prevent compliance breaches
  • Perform internal or external customs and foreign trade trainings and To offer solutions to ongoing and future foreign trade transactions to be realized in the most effective way and according to the regulatory compliance at the same time

 

What will you bring with you?

 

  • University degree in related fields
  • 3+ years of working experience in similar positions
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong time management skills with setting the right priorities  
  • Strong usage of MS Excel and SAP seeking to compliantly manipulate data, develop of queries and macros to efficiently review
  • Strong compliance knowledge and application experience in customs EMEA
  • Team working ability, planning, prioritising and organization skills are required competencies
