Responsibilities

  • Continuous improvement - Responsible to improve the CNC process;
  • CAD/CAM - Define the best machining strategies, to carry out the work in the most appropriate way and in the shortest possible time;
  • Steel/Cooper preparation - Prepare steel and cooper for machining process;
  • CAD/CAM - Analyze and prepare the machining files provided by CAD;
  • CAD/CAM - Develop the milling programs;
  • Machining - Compare and calibrate machining tools;
  • Machining - Monitor the development and execution of all electrodes and steel parts;
  • Planning - Follow the priorities set by the planning team;
  • First level maintenance - Perform all the tasks describe in fist level maintenance procedure.

 

Candidate’s Profile

  • Academic background: Secondary : Tool Design and Manufacturing; Injection Tooling technology;
  • Minimum professional experience in a related area: 8-10 years;
  • Professional experiences:

PowerMill ;

Fagor CNC programming language ;

Tolerances analysis

  • Knowledge:

CAM programming — Power Mill ;

Machine operation — Fagor CNC ;

CNC machine operation (general);

Part interpretation & machining strategy;

Dimensional accuracy & tolerances

  • Optimizes work processes;
  • Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared;
  • Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands
