Qualifications:

• Level of studies: Bac+ Diploma (Bac+2).

• Experience: 3 years of experience within Yazaki & 18 months in current position. 

• Languages: Fluent in French & English (Intermediate Level).

• Knowledge in Gestor is a plus.

• Soft skills: Confidentiality, Good communication, Problem solving, Service mind, and Analytical mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking and correction of shift and administration anomalies (normal hours, overtime, absences ...) on clocking System Gestor.

• Updating data on the clocking system.

• Preparation of variable payroll items.

• Preparation of the Overtime Analysis for Finance.

• Prepare the Daily & weekly reporting.
