Job description:
Responsibility for compliance with legal norms and internal standards regarding safety at work, fire protection and the protection of the environment and propose measures for their improvement;
Responsibility for compliance with the relevant legal regulations and internal acts of the Employer; Responsible for the proper execution of all working the task of maintenance of equipment, tools and devices, in accordance with legal regulations and internal standards;
Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, devices, machines, assemblies and tools, with the aim of optimum reliability and maximum capacity utilization;
Solving process and diagnosis problems related to process equipment and devices;
Installation and relocation of production and non-production equipment in accordance with the orders of a superior;
Repair of production and non-production equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, etc .;
Creation and modification of prefabricated boards in the required time limits in accordance with internal standards and project requirements;
Responsibility for the safe use of all types of tools and devices;
Responsible for the proper handover of the workplace with all the equipment during the shift handover and maintenance of the workplace, tools and equipment in a clean and tidy condition in accordance with the standards of the company
Keeping checklists on the orders of a superior in the required form and content; Responsible to fill preventive maintenance work orders according to company standard; Responsibility for taking care of requested spareparts from the warehouse, and mounting of the equpment
Keeping all necessary records and reports on the orders of a superior in the required form and content;
Job requirements:
Minimal level of education: IV (High school completed)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Yazaki
