Job description:

• Working according to analyses of the output from other departments, feedback and taking action in order to solve the problems
• Implementing written rules and procedures related to project and product management according to corporate standards
• Organize the production preparation and find solutions to solve the problems in order to achieve successful results of each project.
• Implement rules regarding production preparation and evaluate the course of production
• Working on transfer projects, launch and change project, or any other project dedicated by Project Manager, Plant Manager or Director Project Management Global                                                                                                                             • Support Manufacturing and Tooling in the launch of new products introduced into production                                                                                                                        
• Develop manufacturing processes for new products                                                    
• Qualify new products for production; final check for BOM accuracy                           
• Achieve manufacturing program objectives such as Process and Machine Capabilities, PPM and Scrap rate, CAPEX, logistics cost, etc.                                           
• Analysing and interpreting technical data into reports or presentations and answering any queries about the results

• Focus on each customer requirements by following up their successful implementation at all levels.
• Participate in preparation of the customer audits.
• Offering support and guidance in activities related to customer requirements and expectations  and following up their implementation.                                             
• Establishing corrective and preventive actions to assure the requirements of the client and follow their implementation by all departments

• Respect the requirements of Quality Manual, procedures and working instructions Assuring the success of each project by the best coordination and follow up.

• Working on improvement activities, such as productivity and quality                      
• Good understanding of further improvement and continuous staff training

Job requirements:

• Minimum level of education: VI level (Diploma)
• Professional experience in related area: 2-3 years
• English language: Minimum B1 level
• Microsoft Office: Advanced level 
• People oriented
