To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Tax Specialist L1 in our plant in Kenitra.
Your Profile:
• Level of studies: Master's degree in finance, accounting fields or similar.
• Experience: 1 year of experience or internships in similar area.
• Languages: Fluent in English. (Good knowledge in accounting and finance)
Main responsibilities:

| DOCUMENT PREPARATION | • Prepare documents needed for VAT refund (invoices, summary...) • Ensure requests related to VAT exemption • Ensure original of invoices reception & update status on SAP • Follow-up the posting corrections with accounting department • Prepare VAT refund overview on wekkly basis • Prepare monthly reconciliations of VAT balances sheet accounts Vs VAT returns |
| COMMUNICATION WITH SUPPLIERS | • Request original invoices not received from suppliers • Liase with AP regarding missing original invoices status |
