QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION

What will you bring with you?

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments
  • Strong technical capability and fast-learning ability
  • Strong interest in AI and generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, AI agents) with a desire to apply these tools in automation and business process optimization
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is preferred
  • Ability to work with and integrate enterprise systems such as SAP, SharePoint, Outlook, and similar platforms
  • Capability to translate business problems into automation-driven or AI-supported workflow solutions
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools and interest in emerging technologies such as big data and machine learning
  • Curiosity, proactive mindset, high sense of ownership
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and disciplined documentation habits
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken
  • Collaboration skills suitable for cross-functional and international teams
  • 1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, system integrations, IT, or business analysis (experience in manufacturing or automotive is an advantage)

  • Support automation and digitalization initiatives by connecting systems and improving processes
  • Translate functional requirements into scalable automation solutions
  • Identify improvement opportunities within departments and convert them into effective workflows
  • Collaborate closely with business units and international stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery
