Responsibilities
- Monitor and track customer orders and delivery performance
- Act as main contact for customers regarding planning and deliveries
- Manage logistics claims and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate logistics activities between plant and customer
- Analyze customer demand and ensure alignment with production
- Maintain and update master data and planning parameters in ERP (SAP)
- Ensure material availability and coverage for customer requirements
- Organize and lead regular operational meetings (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Prepare shipment plans and coordinate transport activities
- Create and monitor shipment transactions in ERP
- Track backlog and critical parts using SAP tools
- Maintain accurate demand signals in the system
- Monitor KPIs: delivery performance, inventory levels, logistics costs
- Support and implement logistics cost reduction initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics / customer operations
- Strong ERP knowledge (preferably SAP)
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- English – professional level
