To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Engineer.

 

 

 

The main tasks of the Sales Engineer will be:

 

 

  • Follow up of design waves compilations and prices updates according to project planning
  • Weekly status with customer purchasing team, and monthly global presentation
  • Follow up of contractual prices evolutions
  • Manage the specific out of processes requests for design evolutions
  • Constant mindset and creativity to increase margin continuously
  • Internal proactivity for VAVE activities
  • Commercial presentations of VAVE ideas and implementation process
  • Share with the customer the potential overcasts and recover it not to impact project profitability
  • Make deep analysis on customer price decreases requests to answer with pedagogic explanations of the pricing
  • According to the company strategy, Manage RFQ answers that can both fit with customer and internal expectations
  • Find all potential costs optimizations that can benefit to the customer and be part of our performance and the evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Discuss with the customer on the best implementation method for prices updates to reach the customer performance targets

 

 

 

Profile Requirements:

 

 

  • Master Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or similar
  • Experience in a Sales position: 2-3 years
  • High personal motivation and ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives
  • Oriented for performance & results
  • Strong analytical background
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management
  • Ability to work under a Matrix environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Professional use of all major Microsoft Office applications
