To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Soldering Industrialization Engineer in our plant in [[location]].

Ownership for industrialization of soldering and coating processes, from quotation phase to equipment reception
Prepare technical quotations, budgets, and industrialization plans for new projects.
Review and validate technical documentation including DFM, MPPS, PFMEA, line layouts, and equipment specifications.
Manage equipment acquisition and reception, including Design Reviews and final acceptance.
Provide technical support to improve production process performance (OEE) and reduce operational costs.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process transfers between locations.
 
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in a relevant technical field).
4–6 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of soldering and coating processes, IPC-A-610 standards, APQP, and PPAP.
Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, analytical thinking, creativity, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
