Your tasks :

  • Team management : Promotion of improvement activities in the service department, in order to have increased efficiency in the services and decrease the time required for the execution of the projects. Foster the business conditions for the creation, implementaton and application of department procedures.
  • Business management : Require plans and analysis of the overall development of projects. Checking / approval the reports of debt to the customers in order to inform and bill all services requested to the department. Control and follow-up the due dates established with the respective customers. Budget forecast and follow up. Financial management of the department, including analysis of costs and revenues, SG&A, financial viability of the business and optimization plans. Develop future strategies for business evolution with the customers and promote follow-up visits.
  • Tracks and reports on program development : Monitors and controls the status of the program objectives against plan. Identifies the critical path of the program schedule, conducts risk assesment and takes appropriate countermeasures where necessary. Ensure regular cross-functional team meetings in the projects to follow up on tasks and issues.
  • Ensure program profitability over the life-time : Identifies with his team potential financial issues or unprofitable aspects and proposes alternative solutions. Involves the key-infuencers and gets support from the management to increase profitability
  • Customer and supplier communication : Leads the customer communication. Supports the program team members in critical communication to the customer and suppliers. Supports new business related activities and focuses on a long term customer satisfaction.



Your profile :

  • Master degree in Engineering, Sales or Business administration
  • 7 to 10 years minimum experience as project manager in automotive industry
  • Team management experience and excellent leadership skills
  • Very good knowledge of project management methods, business plans techniques, negociation experience
  • Excellent communication, moderation and analytical skills
