To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist (IT Consultant) in our plant in [[location]].
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary owner of the Employee Central module, Maintain data standards, and configuration documentation. Define and enforce best practices for system usage across HR and other business units
• Customizing and configuring the system to ensure proper functionality and alignment with functional specifications.
• Managing projects related to the deployment of new features, modules, and enhancements within the SAP HXM ecosystem.
• Analyze HR process requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and enhancement.
• Act as the Tier 2/Tier 3 expert to troubleshoot and resolve complex EC issues.
• Collaborate with SAP Support when system defects or enhancement requests arise.
• Ensure prompt resolution of data issues, integration errors, and workflow failures.
• Staying up to date with the latest SuccessFactors features, releases, and innovations, and incorporating them into productive environments.
• Overseeing release cycles, reviewing release notes, validating system changes, and ensuring smooth adoption by the business related to SuccessFactors Employee Central Topics
• Work closely with HR business partners, HR operations, IT teams, and leaders to understand ongoing needs.
• Provide expert guidance on EC capabilities and system limitations.
• Support HR transformation initiatives and strategic workforce processes.
• Oversee data accuracy and data load processes (imports, mass changes, validations).
• Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies
• Support reporting needs using SuccessFactors reports, dashboards
Candidate’s Profile:
• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in fields such as Human Resources, Management and Information Technology
• 5-8 Years of experience in the same function
• SAP CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - SAP SUCCESSFACTORS EMPLOYEE CENTRAL CORE (C_THR81) ; Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Platform ; Expertise in SAP IAS/IPS, People Analytics or SAP CPI; SAP CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - SAP SUCCESSFACTORS COMPENSATION (C_THR86) ; SAP CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - SAP SUCCESSFACTORS VARIABLE PAY (C_THR87) ; SAP CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LEARNING (C_THR88) is a plus
