To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Leader Tooling and Molding Industrialization Engineer in our plant in [[location]].

      Job Requirements / Responsibility:

• RFQ activities for injection molding area , tooling cost estimation and process cost parameters
• Tool management from specification to release into mass production
• Tool design and development with suppliers (tool specification , supplier technical discussion and follow up)
• Lead DFM activities
• Develop and keep strong relation with new and existing tooling and injection machine suppliers
• Plan and coordinate activities related to new molding tools
• Act as an escalation point for tooling and molding issues  for new products/tools

•    Over 7 years in the plastics industry with deep expertise in injection molding, tooling development, and plastic materials.
•    Proficient in mold design, tooling techniques, and mold flow analysis, with hands-on experience in machine selection and mold maintenance.
•    Skilled in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) for tool and mold design.
•    Strong background in process industrialization, automation, and robotics for plastic molding environments.
•    Proven ability to lead NPIs, manage product development timelines, and drive capacity planning.
•    Effective project manager and team leader, experienced in mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
•    Adept at supplier management, ensuring quality tooling and materials while maintaining high QA standards.
•    Strong problem-solver with a track record of improving molding efficiency, reducing costs, and resolving production issues.
•    Excellent communicator with the ability to create and present technical documentation to stakeholders.
•    Financially literate in budgeting, cost analysis, and resource allocation.
