POSITION SUMMARY

 

Support driving a culture of learning through YNCA. Identify learning needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and delivering learning programs.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, functional and/or technical training
  • Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
  • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new learning methods and techniques. Apply theories, practice and methods of instructional program design.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records in LMS, including developing and editing online learning material and content
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create engaging learning activities and interactive course content (audio, video, simulations, role-playing or other games, etc.) supported by learning platforms (LMS, Moodle, other).
  • Develops comprehensive measurement strategies for all learning solutions to demonstrate business impact and effectiveness
  • Designs learning that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural differences that may apply
  • Support to change management activities as needed

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Degree Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional design, educational technology or similar.

Certification Requirements:

 

Previous Experience:

 

Required: 4-5 years in similar role

Preferred: Experience in corporate university, elearning

Language:

English neccesary

Software:

LMS in SuccessFactors, Adobe Captivate,  SCORM, Canva Tools, Photoshop, Illustrator
