POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Financial Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will be supporting IT Financial Management and IT Procurement functions across the YEMEA and YNCA regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing IT performance, preparing and tracking budgets/ forecasts, and ensuring procurement processes align with internal policies and follow agreed standards to ultimately strengthen financial analysis capabilities.
As a member of the IT Performance Management team, this position will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and supporting business decisions. This is a hands-on role with an international reach, offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional leadership, and external vendors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
- IT Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyze IT budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures across multiple regions (YEMEA and YNCA)
- Provide financial performance reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
- Work closely with IT leadership to ensure alignment between financial objectives and business needs
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track cost performance, trends, and forecast accuracy
- Ensure financial compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Support financial month-end procedures in alignment with local Accounting teams
- IT Procurement:
- Analyze procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost savings, vendor consolidation, and contract optimization.
- Track performance and service delivery against procurement agreements, ensuring vendor compliance
- Work alongside an IT Procurement external support team to manage the day to day operations
- Operational Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of IT Financial Management and Procurement functions
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks related to IT spend and procurement
- Prepare regular operational reviews and executive summaries for senior management to support decision-making
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of financial and procurement processes to ensure continuous improvement
- Cross-Regional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Finance and Controlling, Procurement, and IT teams in multiple regions to align strategies and goals to achieve operational excellence
- Provide insights into regional differences in procurement practices, cost structures, and financial management
- Drive initiatives to standardize processes and enhance operational efficiency across regions

Previous Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Financial Management, Procurement or Performance analysis |
