SUMMARY

 

We are looking for a hands-on HR Integrations Specialist to design, build, and maintain seamless interfaces between a wide range of HR and business systems.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and HR operations, ensuring data flows efficiently and securely across the organization. You’ll play a key role in shaping our HR technology architecture and integration strategy, keeping it modern, scalable, and future-ready.

 

Main Responsibilities and Authorities 

 
  • Translate business and HR requirements into technical integration specifications.
  • Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain integration flows using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or other middleware platforms / iPaaS solutions (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
  • Design and document integration flows following standard patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, batch, event‑driven and API‑led.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, SQL) is a must. .NET is a plus
  • Handling webhooks, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS)
  • Create and manage REST/OData/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and file-based interfaces.
  • Build, test, deploy, and monitor integration solutions with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively. Validate integration performance and data consistency
  • Collaborate with IT architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards, including TLS/SSL encryption, X.509 certificate management and digital message signing.
  • Analyze and transform data using standard formats such as JSON, XML and CSV.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, data mappings, and architecture.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to privacy regulations (GDPR).
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new integration technologies and best practices.
