Intern:  Student works full-time during the summer

Co-op:  Student works part-time while school is in session. Student may work more hours during the summer if not enrolled in classes. Students may work for a minimum of one semester or longer.

JOB SUMMARY

 

A Senior Workforce Software T&A Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the Workforce Software (WFS) platform for time and attendance management on a global level. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, ensure regulatory compliance and guarantee integration with other systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP). It also provides expert-level support, leads continuous improvement projects and serves as a technical reference within the HR Applications team.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

 

• Lead the implementation of new countries, plants or sites in Workforce Software T&A, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.

• Configure time calculation rules, absence policies, schedules, work calendars, pay rules and other key components of the WFS solution.

• Coordinate bidirectional integrations between WFS and other systems (SAP SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECP Payroll, biometric devices such as Suprema Biostation 3, etc.).


• Conduct functional analyses, draft technical specifications and supervise the development of interfaces and customized extensions.


• Execute activities of master and historical time data migration and validate their consistency.


• Manage testing activities (unit, integration and UAT) ensuring the quality of deliveries.


• Provide level 3 support, resolve complex incidents and guarantee the continuous operation of the system in production.


• Conduct training and workshops with HR, IT and local plant teams to document processes and ensure proper adoption of the tool.


• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the system and propose optimizations in the use of the platform.

REQUIREMENTS

Requisitos de grado:

University degree in areas such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Certificaciones requeridas:

 

  • Workforce Software Certified Professional (desirable).

 

  • Other certifications related to time and attendance management, SAP Time Management or SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking are an advantage.

 

Experiencia previa:

 

  • More than 5 years of practical experience implementing and managing Workforce Software T&A solutions at large scale.

  • Experience leading projects in industrial environments or production plants with more than 1,000 employees.

  • Experience in advanced configuration of time rules, absences, schedules, eligibility rules and payroll calculation derived from time.

  • Experience in integrations between WFS and other systems such as SAP EC, SAP ECP, biometric devices and middleware (CPI, Boomi, etc.).

  • Knowledge of labor practices and regulations of LATAM countries (Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Dominican Republic…) or US is a plus.
