Manager, General Engineering 
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León


Requirements:
- Professional degree in Engineering
- Conversational level of English
- Knowledge of Office Suite, AutoCAD
- Experience in automotive companies

Main Activities:

• Active participation in activities to reduce cycle time and increase productivity
• Continuous operational cost reduction activities
• Maintain/improve quality levels without compromising delivery performance
• Support local Engineering teams in the industrialization process of new products (from quotation to mass production)
• Develop and implement the strategy for ECI Manufacturing Engineering – Datacon business
• Ensure proper control and monitoring of KPIs by the team
• Identify and manage the required human capacity
