To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Specialist Chinese OEM in our plant in [[location]]. 

What You’ll Do

  • Main local point of contact for Chinese customers and primary contact for carrying out agreements
  • Processing of RFQs, establishing and submission of quotes
  • Cooperation with, coordination and support of other Yazaki locations departments for cost relevant issues (e.g. warranty claims, logistic premium costs)
  • Monitoring of timing and costs of project related sales topics (e.g. accounts receivables)
  • Yazaki Project Management System & GPMS GATE Reviews, Supporting LBP Preparation, Monthly Accrual & F&C related calculations, Customer Satisfaction Surveys etc.
  • Project related work with customers supplier portal
  • Keeping customer data in Yazaki ERP system up to date 

 

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

  • Fluency in English and Chinese are must,

  • Extensive user skills in SAP

  • Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications

  • Able to work customer oriented service approach

  • Male candidates should have completed military service 

  • Minimum 2 year experience in similar positions

  • Bachelor degree with Engineering fields
