To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer in our plant in [[location]].

Main responsibilities:
-    Develop, guarantee and implement an effective legal compliance program.
-    Participate in the drafting and revision of company policies.
-    Prepare and present control reports on the compliance program. 
-    Ensure that the company acts in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
-    Create sound internal controls and monitor its effectiveness and efficiency.
-    Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses or risks.
-    Continuously evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk and implement adequate preventive and corrective measures.
-    Advise business on compliance matters. 
-    Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders as required.
-    Supervise and guarantee implementation and yearly completion of training program (including tracking and reporting). 
-    Permanently monitor the suitability, sufficiency and up-to-datedness of policies, procedures and controls, proposing the necessary updates.
-    Ensuring the centralization of all relevant information coming from the various business areas.
-    Liaise with judicial, police and supervision/inspection authorities.
-    Receive irregularity reports and monitor the respective investigation process under the terms of the law and the company's internal procedures.
