To strengthen our team in Regensburg or Leinfelden-Echterdingen we are looking for a

 

                              Account Manager Sales German OEM (m/w/d)

 

Your tasks: 

  • Commercially responsible for projects through the entire lifetime, including planning of RFQs, cost and price calculations, change management with the goal to ensure sustainable profitability of the project
  • Drive and monitor initiatives from customer and from in-house to satisfy external and internal expectations, objectives and KPIs
  • Key Member, coordinator and influencer in customer interactions to ensure „one voice“ to the customer and promote Yazaki as a supplier of choice
  • Strengthen our position at customer and understand their trends, strategies, and actions
  • Analyze and present facts and figures in professional manner for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, support and moderate complex negotiations with strong, convincing communication skills in both English and/or German

 

Your profile: 

  • University degree in Business Administration, or similar
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in automotive industry
  • Very good skills in problem solving, communication and negotiation
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English language
  • Advanced usage of Microsoft Office
