Responsabilities:

  • Coordinates product and production process quality control activities;​
  • Coordinates the investigation of defects/customer complaints and defines necessary actions;​
  • Creates and coordinates inspection plans and inspection points;​
  • Prepares daily reports on internal defects and completes the weekly quality performance report;​
  • Develops inspection standards and quality rules and communicates them to all involved departments;​
  • Participates in PFMEA development and in process improvement activities to prevent defects;​
  • Defines and develops the Control Plan;​
  • Coordinates equipment validation activities;​
  • Coordinates the activity of Patrol and Quality Inspectors;​
  • Coordinates validation of equipment and manufacturing processes for customer-required changes and new models/projects;​
  • Participates in internal and external audits on production lines and ensures implementation of corrective action plans resulting from audits.​

 

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education or technical high school studies;​
  • Experience in product and production process quality assurance;​
  • Very good knowledge of the production process;​
  • Good English skills;​
  • Good PC skills – MS Office;​
  • Communication, planning and organizational skills, analytical thinking, and team management ability.​
