Quality Resident Specialist

What will your job be about?

  • On site  quality and operationnal service manager at customer location
  • When applicable, coordinate other on-site QRE's activity
  • Support YAZAKI products assembly at customer production area
  • Identify issue and insure reactivity for containment/correctives actions implementation
  • Register and monitore issue in YAZAKI GQRS systems and participate to problem solving activity with Yazaki production plant(s)
  • Insure timely claims answers to the customer
  • Manage associated sorting, rework and modernization operation, on request
  • Work in the respect of Yazaki/Customer and local rules and procedures
  • "Voice" of the quality in the project team
  • Customer window contact for APQP/PPAP management for relevant project
  • Responsible to fullfil Quality KPI's according Yazaki and Customer requirements
  • Define the project quality plan and monitor APQP activity progress
  • Prepare a drive internal QFR for project(s) in charge
  • Develop relationship based on robust values in his working area
  • Communicate efficiently with his own and customer management
  • Contribute to YAZAKI development and image at customer location Comply with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Policies at Yazaki and Customer locations
