RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Maintain and develop customer relationships (local & international) as main quality contact
  • Manage customer claims end-to-end, including analysis, corrective actions, and documentation
  • Analyze warranty data, returns, and costs; follow up with customers on actions
  • Ensure implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures
  • Translate customer requirements into internal procedures and guidelines
  • Prepare regular reports on quality performance (KPIs, trends, issues)
  • Ensure alignment and communication with internal teams and customer representatives
  • Promote company quality standards, objectives, and policies
  • Support suppliers, customers, and internal teams on quality topics
  • Support quality assurance in new projects (YPMS / APQP)
  • Contribute to QA strategy and monitor action plans
  • Coordinate internal quality projects (e.g., IMDS, ISMS)
  • Support audits and track implementation of corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure qualification and validation of new products according to standards 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an international company environment
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams and drive results
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions
  • Solid experience in setting up and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Ability to develop and implement quality and production strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured and analytical approach
  • Good analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities
  • English – Professional working proficiency (mandatory)
  • German – Basic knowledge (considered an advantage)
