To strengthen our team, we are looking for Quality Engineer which will be located in our plant, Akyazı, SAKARYA
What will your job be about?
- Preparing and maintaining up-to-date Quality Control plans for production processes
- Actively participating in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) studies
- Reporting customer complaints to the factory, conducting detailed root cause analyses, preparing 8D reports, and following up on actions
- Regularly reviewing internal errors, creating improvement plans, and carrying out necessary corrective actions
- Completing the necessary preparations before customer audits and playing an active role in the audit processes
- Checking and approving the technical suitability of repair and rework instructions
- Determining and documenting pre-shipment packaging standards for products
- Detailed review of customer technical drawings/blueprints and monitoring of approval processes for design changes
- Conducting product inspections within the factory, analyzing the results, and reporting them to senior management
- Taking necessary permanent measures to prevent recurrence of errors and informing relevant departments about the issue
- Establishing visual inspection and observation standards and incorporating them into standard operating procedures
- Preparing special warning forms and critical control point notifications related to quality processes
What will you bring with you?
- Graduates of Engineering faculties from universities
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Preferably experienced in the automotive industry and quality management
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical thinking skills and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli provinces
