Admininistrate and check claims at customer protot type and serial projects in Qwin 
Follow up all incidents from RR&BMW line in shift protocol with plants report them to NA file and track in GQRS
Judge quality of root cause anylsis and 8D reports for GQRS issues
Support plant with standardization, lessons learned for past task force actions
Verfy 8D actions in gemba and perform 8D audits in system
Take care of PPAP submission in QIP customer portal for new projects or PUs
APQP project quality and 1pager presentations for top management
Share best practices between BMW plants and apply Yokoten if needed
