To strengthen our team, we are looking for a QMS Specialist L1 in our plant in [[location]]. 

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage internal audits using a digital platform.
• Apply OSA approach and digital tools for process and system audits.
• Coordinate audit actions with management and staff across affiliates.
• Prepare and consolidate actions based on audit findings.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and follow up on action plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Ensure timely reporting (weekly and monthly).
• Maintain and update the internal auditors matrix.
• Support other locations in conducting internal audits.
• Manage internal documents (creation, upload, retention).
• Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements and IATF 16949.
• Verify implementation of Y-EMEA process standards.
• Control local documentation to avoid duplication of Y-EMEA standards.
• Validate implementation of corrective actions for nonconformities from other locations.
• Demonstrate effectiveness and added value of internal audit programs during external IATF 16949 audits.
• Support EOS & QMS transformation strategy and ensure milestones are met.
• Identify risks and seek opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Assure timely internal audit reporting (weekly and monthly).

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and Customer Specific Requirements.
• Experience in internal audits and document management.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and audit tools.
• Skills in root cause analysis and action effectiveness evaluation.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple locations.
• Understanding of EOS & QMS processes and transformation.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English for international communication.
