Qualifications:

• Level of studies: Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Quality or a related field.

• Languages: Fluent in English & French

• Competencies:

  1. Problem solving skills.
  2. Effective communication
  3. Adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Calibration activity management:

  • Ensure the respect of calibration plan.
  • Ensure data reliability and accuracy.
  • Manage calibration and distribution of measuring equipment.
  • Data analysis & action plan definition in case of discrepancies.
  • Inform & escalate in case of discrepancies the concerned perrons/responsible.

 • MSA activity management.

•  Ensure QA data reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).  

  • Monitor the performance of QA indicators (PPM, DPM) via the PQP file.

•  Ensure tear down activity.

  • Ensure the respect of teardown planning.
  • Follow the action plan with the concerned team within due date.
  • Ensure the implementation and follow up of corrective/Preventive actions for non-compliance Teardown QRM.

 •  MPSO Activity coordination and Execution.

•  QMS Activities:

  • Ensure compliance with Guidelines, procedures (internal, external), and customer specifications.
  • IATF Preparation within Quality Department and with the cross-functional team (Management Review/ Contingency Plan/KP’S/ Actin Plan….).

•  QMS Activities:

  • Ensure IATF requirement application and respect within quality department.

• QCC Activity Management (Planning, Execution).
