Responsibilities:

  • Research, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of purchase agreements.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate their performance regularly.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with all departments.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
