Lead and coordinate project activities between different departments (Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics,and Purchasing).

Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Monitor project cost, timing, and performance indicators.

Follow up customer requirements and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Manage risks and implement corrective actions when needed.

Organize project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.

Support new product launches and industrialization activities.

Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer expectations.
