General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering disciplines (e.g., Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Job Description

  • Creating, distributing, and monitoring Detailed Activity Plans across all project phases.
  • Coordinating all production preparation activities with the project team and supporting cross-functional departments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for external departments and ensuring seamless information flow across the plant.
  • Preparing, updating, and managing customer-specific documentation and forms.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, or IATF 16949 is an asset.
  • Actively participating in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) studies conducted by the project group.
  • Ensuring all project activities are executed in alignment with cost, quality, and schedule targets.
  • Updating Project Master Plans and Detailed Activity Plans, and ensuring prompt corrective actions are taken in case of deviations from customer requirements or timelines.
  • Proactively managing risks, engineering changes, or potential delays to prevent negative impacts on the overall project timeline.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of plant production processes.
  • Preparing and presenting regular project progress reports.
