To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Program Manager in our site in Voisins-le-Bretonneux.

 

 

 

- Establishes cross-regional and/or cross-carline program team 
- Defines sub-projects, scope and objective of the program based on the requirements of sponsor and customer
- Creates, develops and controls a detailed work plan and a schedule for program completion 
-Ensures the that program’s deliverables are reached in time, to the required quality standards and in the planned budget (QCD: Quality Cost Delivery)
- Determines, allocates and controls the resources (time, money, equipment, man power etc.) required to complete the program;
- Judges correctly if escalation becomes necessary for potentially critical issues
- Takes program-related decisions

- Leads Project Managers within his/her program (Lead Manager) and if personally leading a project of his program also Project Management Team (PMT)-members 
(Co-Manager), 
- Assigns challenging but achievable work packages to PMT members and sub-program managers and measures their performance against goals 
- Ensures quick, open and clear information flow between program team members and to the stakeholders of the program (develops and implements a communication plan) 
- Supports and guides Project Managers in critical situations, settles disputes equitably and can find common ground

- Monitors and controls the status of the program objectives against plan
-  Identifies the critical path of the program schedule, conducts risk assessment and takes appropriate countermeasures where necessary
- Ensures regular cross-functional team meetings in the projects to follow up on tasks and issues and ensures program team follows YAZAKI Project Management System (YPMS);
- Ensure that the team reports the status according to YPMS requirements

- Identifies with his team potential financial issues or unprofitable aspects and proposes alternative solutions 
- Involves the key influencers and gets support from the management to increase profitability

- Leads the customer communication
- Supports the program team members in critical communication to the customers and suppliers 
- Supports new business related activities and focuses on a long term customer satisfaction
- Propose processes and tools improvements and drive its improvement &  implementation

 

Candidate requirements:

 

- Strong experience in Project Management process, project management system

- Strong experience in Management of Project Managers

- Management and leadership
