RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Lead, coach, motivate, develop, and evaluate Team Leaders and production employees.
• Identify training needs and support employee development.
• Manage workforce allocation and ensure efficient utilization of labor and equipment.
• Monitor production performance and ensure achievement of production plans and customer requirements.
• Analyze KPIs, prepare action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead BOS meetings and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely production reporting and compliance with escalation processes.
• Monitor product and process quality, implement corrective actions, and stop production when quality issues occur.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, safety, ESD, environmental, and 5S standards.
• Support performance management activities, including promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and production planning.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, 5S, and ESD principles.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and conflict management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Technical education and English language skills are considered an advantage.
