To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Team Manager in our plant in Meknes.
Your Profile :
- Education level: Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial ;
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in industrial structure ;
- Languages: Proficient in English and French
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge in Production Processes, Workflow Optimization ,Quality and Performance Management & Supply Chain Awareness ;
Tasks and Responibilities :
- Plan and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term production programs
- Track productivity, costs, and performance against targets.
- Prepare dashboards and monthly production reports.
- Manage budgets (headcount, expenses, and overtime).
- Implement and maintain production systems (SAP, KPIs, process tools).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and profitability.
