To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Supervisor in our plant in Meknes .

☑️ Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise daily production activities on wiring harness assembly lines .
• Ensure achievement of production targets in line with SQCD objectives .
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams (operators, line leaders, technicians).
• Monitor performance KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions .
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, particularly IATF 16949 .
• Enforce safety rules and promote a strong safety culture .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S) .
• Manage workforce planning and optimize line balancing .
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain .
• Support industrialization and ramp-up of new projects .

🎓Profile We’re Looking For :
• Education: Bac+5 in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent scientific background)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in the automotive industry, ideally in wiring harness manufacturing

☆ Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and production flow .
• Mastery of problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban, SMED).

☆Soft Skills:
• Leadership and team management .
• Result-oriented with strong analytical mindset .
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

☆ Languages :
• English: Professional level (mandatory in an international environment)
• French: Fluent
