To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Specialist in our plant in [[location]]. 

• Manage the shift in accordance with Yazaki’s management policies, principles, and procedures,

• Organize scheduled production and carry out production in accordance with the production plan and the requirements of the quality, productivity, discipline, and 5S principles,

• Monitor, improve, and take corrective action regarding operators’ compliance with indicators related to attendance, quality, productivity, discipline, 5S, waste, and errors,

• Implement NPT preventive action activities involving foremen and operators,

• Ensure production on production lines complies with 5S rules; coordinate and monitor 5S activities,

• Monitor line efficiency, quality, and absenteeism metrics,

• Lead Kaizen activities,

• Ensure operators’ participation in TPM activities,

• Ensure the coordination of technical information related to existing or new projects to be communicated to and implemented on cutting and assembly lines across all shifts,

• Monitor the performance of foremen and operators,

• Report to the appropriate parties in the event of any extraordinary circumstances,

• Performance of improvement activities

• Tracking of initiated actions via the tracking system (TMT)
