To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Supervisor P3 in our plant in [[location]]. 

Responsibilities

• Organize workstations, monitor operational performance, and ensure achievement of production objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key production KPIs, including efficiency, quality, safety, absenteeism, turnover, headcount, labor hours, overtime, production costs, waste, and production planning.
• Analyze production statistics and performance ratios, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene requirements, safety regulations, procedures, and work instructions.
• Provide production teams with the resources necessary to achieve operational targets and ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
• Oversee production systems performance and ensure timely start-up and shutdown of processes.
• Promote effective communication, lead meetings, and encourage collaboration and problem-solving across teams.
• Evaluate, plan, and support the implementation of new projects and product launches.
• Prepare reports on production performance and develop short, medium, and long term production plans.
• Plan resource requirements, manage production budgets, and identify savings opportunities across operations.
• Develop investment plans based on production and workforce requirements.
• Support employee development through training and capability-building initiatives.
• Integrate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) KPIs into production performance objectives, including initiatives such as energy consumption reduction.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, PPE requirements, and all safety instructions within the workplace.

Qualifications

Diploma in Management or a related field.

3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar manufacturing, production, or operations environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.

Knowledge of SAP and its application in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong knowledge of documentation management principles and support others in creating compliant documentation.

Professional proficiency in English and French,

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
